PowerPoint slides don’t animate correctly

Symptom:
Some Power Point animations do not work correctly when presented through SSP.
Possible Cause:
SSP works with Power Point in one of two modes, SongShow Plus Control or Power Point Control. The first option is intended to provided greater control of a Power Point presentation through SSP. However, more complex animations, particularly those available in later versions of Power Point, do not work correctly in this mode.
Solution:
Set the SSP's Power Point mode to Power Point Control. To do this, within SSP, click the menu command Tools > Configure > Power Point Support. This will open the configuration window for SSP's Power Point support. Select the Power Point Control option then close the window. Power Point animations should now work better, but you will have less control of the presentation through SSP.
