Online Services - Unable to set up accounts

Symptom:
When trying to set up the authorization for the SongShow Plus Online Services the user receives and error indicating “A device attached to the system is not functioning”.

SongShow Plus Online Services include the following:

Dropbox
Google Drive
OneDrive
Planning Center Online
Shift Worship
SongSelect


Possible Cause:
SongShow Plus uses Internet Explorer for all embedded web page actions.  If Internet Explorer is not the default browser, this might cause issues with some functions.

Possible Solution:
Check the Default Browser setting and make sure it is set to Internet Explorer.  If not change it to IE, at least temporarily.
