RipFX® is technology developed by R-Technics that is now widely used within SSP for all image and video processing. This technology makes use of your video card's GPU to perform high-quality effects in real-time. With this technology, you can alter the appearance of images and videos without altering the original files, and without the need to rerender a new file as is typically the case with videos.

RipFX was introduced with SSP version 7 in a limited capacity. With the upcoming April Edition of SSP 7, all of the effects provided with SSP have been implemented using RipFX and will be available for use with all images and videos.
