Version 9.3 > Cntl-A not working in Slide Builder

Cntl-A (select all) doesn't consistently work when I am editing text in the 9.3 Slide builder. I'm pretty sure it was working fine in 9.2.

I assume that this is selecting all text inside a text box. I also assume that text box is already in edit mode. Is this correct?
