Good Day,
My church needs to move SSP to a new projection computer.   I thought our SSP was associated with my account however the prompt says to log into the organization account.
That would be awesome but not a single soul remembers what email, user name or anything they used to setup the account.

Where do I go to get some assistance?  The church has a paid subscription and I believe Platinum level. But boy I cannot locate any info.

Click over on Support in the column here on the left, then follow the prompts and answer the questions. You should be able to get to the point where you get the phone number for support.
