Access Denied error when launching SongShow Plus from User account

Symptom:
An Access Denied error occurs for several files when launching the SongShow Plus demo or other content from User acct on the system.  The Administrator account does not have this issue.


Possible Cause:
SongShow Plus Version 7 does address this issue but it is possible that the required adjustments did not complete correctly during installation. It is also possible that this will also occur if the user account is added to the system after SongShow Plus has been installed.

Possible Solution:
Refer to Knowledge Base article (SI007) Running SSP in a Non-Administrator User Account
