Source video does not appear on screen when using the DeckLink plug-in

(TS132) Symptom:
When using the DeckLink Plug-in, text is shown on screen but the source video is not. The ProKey Systems typically have the DeckLink setup.

Possible Cause:
Using a video source format that does not match the selected resolution mode setting will cause this.

Possible Solution:
Make sure that the video resolutions/formats are matched throughout the processing chain.  You should be able to verify this using the DeckLink LiveKey utility.

Possible Cause:
Using a background setting other than "none" in all applicable areas will cause this.

Possible Solution:
Make sure that the background settings are all set to "none" as indicated in the DeckLink setup procedure.  Any background setting other than this will hide the source video with a different background.
