Error - Unable to save slide show.

Applicable SongShow Plus Versions:
This article applies to all versions of SongShow Plus.

Symptom:
When attempting to save in Slideshow Builder, there is an error message presented - Unable to save slide show. Reason: The system can not find the file specified.

Possible Cause:
Attempting to save a slideshow while the print dialog is still open will cause this error.  Since the print dialog is a separate process, it is possible for it to be open while working on a slideshow.  If this has gone behind the Slideshow Builder it may not be apparent that it is open.

Possible Solution:
Find and close the print window before saving.  After it is closed, the slideshow should save normally.


Symptom:
When attempting to save in Slideshow Builder, the application crashes.

Possible Cause:
File locations are incorrect or somehow corrupted for source media files.

Possible Solution:
Using the Settings > Media Files Location tool, Move your media files to a new location (new folder on same drive is OK) and save.  Attempt to open and save some slideshow content.  This should work as expected.
