Motion backgrounds periodically flicker when used via Background Improv

Symptom:
When controlling motion backgrounds using the Background Improv feature, in some cases there will be intermittent flickering of the motion video.  This flicker may have a varying frequency and only occur once in a while. 

NOTE:  This does not happen in all cases and with all videos - some users are not having issues with this feature.

Possible Cause:
The specific root cause has not been determined. 

Possible Solution:
We are currently working on a solution for this issue.  The work around would be to set the motion background using the specific display properties rather than the BG Improv.
