PowerPoint transitions do not work in SSP

Symptom:
SongShow Plus is not displaying or rendering the PowerPoint transitions when the PowerPoint is presented in SSP.  They do work in PowerPoint.

Possible Cause:
A specific cause has been determined to be a Windows Office 2010 update for PowerPoint - KB2553145.  This update can be added on its own but is also included in SP2 for Office 2010.

Preferred Solution:
Update your version of PowerPoint or Office to the 2013 Edition.

Possible Solution:
If you wish to continue using Office/PowerPoint 2010 then check the installed updates and remove the following from your system:

• Service Pack 2 for Microsoft Office 2010 (KB2687455) 32-Bit Edition
• Update for Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 (KB2553145) 32-Bit Edition (might appear twice - remove both)
