After song import or restore some searches will result in a re-index and then a "Please Wait..." error message.(TS264) Symptom:
After song import or restore some song searches, using either search alphabetically or Search All, will result in a re-index and then a "Please Wait..." error message to be displayed.
The exact root cause is not known but it appears to be caused by a corrupted song imported into SongShow Plus from a legacy song database. One case is particular was a single song imported from the old Worship Software song database. This bad song caused a ripple effect and caused numerous other song files to be showing as bad.
There is no specific work around or correction for this yet but by process of elimination the customer may be able to determine which song or songs are causing the issue.
