We use video from various sources and sometimes SSP does not like how the video is coded. Is there a video conversion program that we can use that will take a wide variety of video sources and convert video files into a usable file to be used by SSP.
Example - We download and convert a video from YouTube with a program called YouTube Dowloader. The file that is converted will be acceptable to SSP, but will stop about 8 to 15 seconds in or will stop and start as the video is played

I use the Real player tools to do the conversions, doesn't do everything but its dealt with nearly everything anyone has turned up with at the last minute.
I use this to download from YouTube which puts into an MP4 format and then convert to WMV.
