Hello,

We just renewed the license to version 8. im just wondering how we can do the ugprade to version 8.0 of songshow plus?

If you need details the support team can help walk you through but here are the basics:

First, if you are moving from Version 7 to version 8.x, understand that all existing data will be used so no need to "transfer" anything.  That said, as always, back up everything first.

Second, You should install Version 8.3, the latest release.  This will get you the most up to date build and if your sub is current you will have this available.

Third, understand that 8.x is designed to install side by side so you can "demo" first if you want.  Once you download and install version 8.3, you will see both present on your system.  Once you are comfortable with 8.3 simply uninstall version 7.  All your data will remain.
