It would be nice to fix this bug. Yes, it probably is responding
and rebuilding properly, but you still have to repeat it again
just to make sure.

I checked this on two of my machines and don't see this behavior but as I recall you have mentioned it before.
I am not sure if it is due to the number of songs you have or other factors but if this is behavior that you can consistently replicate, please contact the support team to report it.
