Version 8.1 > .mov and .mp4 files

Just updated to 8.1 from 8.0 and these files are not playing. System says hp264 plugin is enabled. Any suggestions?

Check you Audio/Video File settings. This should be set to A for our plug in to work. If it is already set to A you can change to B and see if the behavior changes.
Is this some files or all files?
