There are several ways to visually select a font when creating slides in SSB.

Easiest first:

o        On the slide where you want to change the font, select (highlight) the text that you would like to display using a different font.

o        Once selected, right click the text,

o        Choose the 'font' menu

o        Here, the chosen font is visible and you can see what you are changing it to.

Better (because it changes the for the entire SS; if it has not been overridden in an individual slide):

o        Choose the ‘File -> Display Properties’ menu item

o        While ‘Slide Show’ remains selected, choose the ‘Slide’ checkbox

o        Now choose the ‘Text Frame’ that you want to affect with a new font (e.g., ‘Main Text’, ‘Title’ or ‘Footer’)

o        Choose the font name that you think you want to use,

o        Select the ellipsis next to the name of the chosen font to see it.

o        The popup that you see allows you to change the font visually.
