Version 8.4 > SSP doesn't remember partial-screen view

When I turn off SSP and then restart, it forgets my partial-screen layout and I
have to go to all the bother of "grabbing" the edges and re-positioning the panel.
Not only that, but the screen panel has to be shifted in order to be able to "grab"
the sides. All my other programs remember the reduced layout. Is there some magic button
accomplish this feat?

Generally, as long as SSP closes properly it should remember the layout.
In this case I suggest you get with the Support Team so they can look at exactly what you are trying to do.
