I ma new to mp4 support in SSP. We recently upgraded to the latest version of SSP and purchased the H.264 plugin. However I still can play mp4 files. SSP recognizes them but when I try to lauch the file I get an alert saying it is unsupported. Am I missing a step or am I missing a piece of software?

You also need to purchase the H.264 codec from GoFishMedia.net.

OK so I went to GoFishMedia and all I found there is the H.264 plugin that I had already bought and installed.

I'd call their tech support then and see why it's non working.
