Am I correct in my thinking that the New Public Bibles are already included in the install; and the $25 fee is per machine/per translation only for the bibles listed above?

Yes, you are correct. At least the public domain versions got loaded with the preview version. I plan to purchase the H.264 plug-in.
Do I need one for each system, or is it a stie license for the projection and and workstation systems?

I saw it. But I had to click in and enter my church's software ID to get in to the plug ins page.
