I downloaded the niv update today but I cannot get the version to come up in songshow. the only one in there is the king james version. please help on this issue

This feature requires a seperate license. If you have the licnese, you're have way there. Any SSP Add-On that has its own license requires activation. This is done with SSP Utilities.

From the Start Menu, go to SongShow Plus, and then Utilities.
Click the Unlock Button
Select I have purchased a SongShow Plus license.
The select I would like to unlock this installation as a Projection system.

I cannot go any further on my workstation at home, but I believe the next step is to choose to unlock over the internet.
It will then show you the Add-Ons that you have a license for, and have been unlocked.
