Hello,
We just upgraded to Powerpoint 2013 and we are now appearently experiencing the same issue reported in Knowledge Base item:
PowerPoint 2013 runs maximized in the background when presenting in SongShow Plus (TS231).

Does anyone know if this issue has been resolved, and is so, in which SSP Build?

We have found that turning 'presenter mode' off in Powerpoint helped with this.

Is this the "Use Presenter View" check box in the slideshow control tab that you are referring to?

Yes, that's the one. I'm not guaranteeing it works, but we used to have the "PPT2013 maximising" problem regularly, and since changing that setting a few weeks ago, we haven't had it again since.

Thanks - I did try that and it did seem to calm that behavior - I have added that info to the KB.

I have experienced problems when PP was in presenter view. I always have to make sure it is off before starting SSP.
