Why am I getting this message when I attempt to save a program?
Unable to open program
Problem: Unable to write program
Problem: Only the Latin 1 subset of unicode is supported.
Between that and "SongShow Plus (Not Responding) It took a dozen tries to set up Sunday service. Bare bones. No PowerPoint Loop. No video

If you copy the three lines of error messages into a Google search you will get a page or so of explanation that may (or may not) help.
I've never encountered this, so I don't really know.

Reporting this problem to tech support is the only way to get this answered. Much of this support will be via email, but it's a start, anyway.
