Version 9.3 > Builder edit window: green/yellow borders??

Does anyone know if there is an explanation of the meaning of the different colored borders?
I assume that green is the default, and yellow is "caution" that everything has changed!!
What is the purpose of this?? It causes all kinds of headaches if you're trying to
position items and don't notice that the edge is yellow. The position on screen
between my workstation and projection often is different. I have not found anything
in the knowledge base about this -- it could be hidden like many other topics.
