Our church pc has a rather limited collection of slide backgrounds
that are appropriate for use during services.  I am certain that
somewhere out there, there is a web site or 2 that I could go
to for another source of Christ centered images.  Does anyone
have any suggestions/recommendation?

I get many of mine from churchmedia.net

It costs  $30/year to become a pro member and download the full size pics, but it is well worth it. You can look around for free.

A free source we use is Stock Photo Exchange, http://www.sxc.hu

You have to sign up to download, but it's free. It's not a Christian site, but there is a lot of good nature stuff.
