We are working on a known issue regarding the Video Chain Builder.
This feature will not work in SongShow Plus. The user will get an unexpected error with a Please Wait... message.
It appear that this does work when launched from the SlideShow Builder.
We are looking into this.

This issue was corrected in the Preview release of SongShow Plus 8.0 dated 07/01/2013 that has been posted and is available for download.
