Hi, Just wanted you all to know...using Windows 7 with Norton 360 version 4...when I do the beta update which is the most recent...Norton thinks the file "rtlm.dll" is a Trojan.Gen file and it shuts it down immediately..spent lots of time with Norton...they say file is infected...just thought you might want to know...if Norton is shut down...the update and program works fine..but as soon as you turn back on virus protection...it blocks that file and program doesn't work.... Steve Converse Grace Bible Church hope the get the issue fixed?

I thought I'd better chime here in as well, and let you know that Avast! also picked up this same file, and classed it as the same type.
Also, minor gripe, but when I installed the beta, it nuked my SSP licensing state to factory, requiring me to submit a unlock.

In a small update to this, Avast! Anti-virus keeps flagging the above file as suspicious, and when it does, and places this file in quarantine, SSP from that point will not run any more on my system. I need to disable Avast!, re-install SSP, then I can use it...

Any thoughts on what is occurring here?

Hi guys and thanks for the info....

We have seen this issue and believe that it is a false positive.  After some investigation, we believe an obscure compiler setting may have been the cause of this.  We have re-compiled the file and the scans came back clean.  We will continue to do our due diligence in verifying this and should have a correction in the next beta release.

Would love to see this fixed soon as I have just done a machine re-build and cannot run a beta version. I love the new features in the current Beta version that I have running on another machine but the update on that machine was done a couple of weeks ago.
