When I installed SSP 8, the CinFX wasn't enabled.

I also heard that the H.264 plug in was going to be enabled for testing. That wasn't either.

The CinFX plug-in issue was addressed in the latest build that was just posted.  You will have to go through the activation process again to update this.  Let me know either way when you try this to make sure it is working as expected on the live side.

H.264 will still show "No" for now in the enabled features list but should work in the preview version.
