Ok, i have looked everyone on this computer and can't figure it out.  I have even logged in under the administrator.  I want to move one of my XP Pro users down to a limited user and still let them be able to access all the files SSP.  But when i move that user down and then it says Access Denied.  I can't figure it out.   Can anyone help?

It would probably be best, at this time, to let a support person walk you through this.  (800) 729-0163

If you still have this problem, install the SSP user files in Shared Documents (Windows XP).

Yes, I agree with calling customer support.  We had that problem when we first installed SSP a while ago and they walked me through it and I wrote down all the settings that I was told to change and keep so I can add user now easily.  Once they walk you through it, it is easy, but they do need to do that.

I believe that this issue was resolved some time ago but I would suggest calling customer support.

The solution to this problem is really quite simple.  I'm not going to post it here because trying to write it in a way that was clear to everyone would be quite complicated and if you did it wrong you could end up causing an even bigger headache for yourself.
