@Joel: Hmm, it should take you to another more lengthy post that describes things in more detail. I just tried it with another test account and it works there. But you don't see it?

My "learn more" takes me to several sentences (couple of inches of text) about Unicode.

OK, it should be fixed now. All users should be able to see the announcement. However, only current subscribers can reply on that thread.
