Can anybody help me get Background Improv working? It's not a feature I've ever been able to use before, so I'm very excited that it's working in SSP8 now. But I can't figure out how to enable and/or use it, and I haven't been able to find instructions anywhere (even for SSP7). I've tried setting the background to BGI (in the slideshow builder's background properties), and setting the background to BGI in the default slide show properties in SSP, but nothing happens when I click the thumbnails in the Background Improv panel. 

Please forgive me for reposting this, but I posted it originally in an older thread, so I thought it might help to start a new one. I'm sure there's something simple I'm missing - if somebody who has this working in SSP8 could walk me through the procedure for setting it up, I would greatly appreciate it.
