New to the group, and not sure where to post. I am having issues with Mobile control. We updated to 9.0 after mobile control stopped working in 8.5. Still can't get it to work. Have tried a new Win 10 machine, went trough all the trouble shooting in the articles, completely turned off firewall. Rebooted router, no settings have been changed. The iOS device can see the Host PC, but it has an error at bottom of the screen the says "Socket error #65 No route to host" Tries it on iphone, ipad and a second ipad with an older version of iOS. Anyone have any ideas on what I am missing? Pastor is wanting to see the worship songs!!!

Hi Will and thanks for your post.

This is a known issue with SSP 9.0 and is documented in the "Known Issues" thread.

It appears that your network does not currently support IPv6, thus causing the error.  If you go to your SSP client machine(s), enter the network adapter properties and un-check the IPv6 support your connection to Mobile Control should work as expected.
