The Evaluation activation is not yet implemented for SSP 8. Right now, the SSP 8 Preview is only available to existing, current users who automatically get a license for SSP 8.
If you are an existing customer with a current subscription, you can use the SSP 8 projection on a system other than your regular system for "evaluation" purposes but it will be a projection license.
The new activation process will allow users to deactivate a system to return the license to the regular projection system when it is at full release.

The evaluation mechanism is now available. Let us know if you have any problems registering an evaluation installation.
