Where is this function in 8.0? I can't seem to find it in any of the menus.

The link for this should still appear in the Tools menu but it does not in the currently posted build. This has been corrected in a working build but is not available yet.
You should be able to still get to the Back up/ Restore via the Start Menu/ Programs list.

This issue should be resolved with the 1/15/2014 build.
Download and install the new package and re-activate.
