Our youth band is playing next Wednesday for Fields of Faith, I was asked by our youth pastor to have two screens, with live video on one screen and the lyrics and motion background on another, I know about overlaying lyrics right on the top of live video, but he didn't want that. So, I got to thinking about it...I really didn't want to take 2 projectors, and  2 computers, then I remembered split the second monitor and make one big screen into 2. It works with no lag or anything, it helps with the secondary display options now....we are loving SSP.

I understand what you were trying to achieve, but not how you got it set up to do it... can you explain the process you used a bit please?

Bruce,
I believe what jbradley was referring to is the split screen within SSP.

You can actually split screen inside SSP in conjunction with the new secondary display to put two things on the same screen using the display settings.

In the latest edition of SongShow Plus go to Display > Change Settings..., then on the Arrangement tab select Subdivide displays.  This will let you split either vertical or horizontal and display content from both the primary and secondary program panels on the same split screen.

Understand... that's a great feature.

Bruce, that is what I did. We have an A/V in with a camera hook to it on on machine, So I divided the display monitor into 2 making the computer think that I had three screens, not just 2, and I had a primary program have the camera feed and the secondary have the words on it. It an awesome feature.
