Version 8.0 > "Unhandled branch: Not Available" error when trying to purchase a plug-in

I tried using the License Utility in Version 8 (very recently installed) and after going through the account log in I received an error message "Unhandled branch: Not Available".
I was trying to find how to install the On-Line Bible plug-in.
Any help?
There are parts of the activation process that are not completely done yet.
The feature for purchasing things such as renewals or plug-ins within SSP is not yet enabled. If these options are selected the Unhandled Branch error will occur. This is expected for now.
