What is this and how do we activate it?  Both my display devices show up in the display settings, but I can set the 2nd one to stage display until I activate this feature apparently.

The menu command Settings > Preferences will open the Preferences window. In that window, click on Stage Display. On that page is a control called Stage Output Active. Ensure that control is checked.

Hi Steve,

If you have two displays set up and showing in the display settings then the next step is to turn on the Stage Display.

To do this from in SongShow Plus go to:
Settings > Preferences > Stage Display (at the bottom of the list) then check the box to enable it.  Once here you can also set the properties for the Stage Display.

There is no box to enable the stage display.  See pictures.

After upgrading to the 4/10 release, I no longer have the option to turn on the stage display. SongShow says the it need to be "activated" in order to work.

Sorry, SongShow says stage display needs to be "licensed" to be used. I thought I already had a license that included stage display

Sounds like you're getting the same thing as what I have shown in my screenshots.  I need a fix by Sunday.

We have done a little digging and found an issue on our side that will take a little bit to correct.  We should have a solution in place before the end of the day.

All,

This has been corrected and is available now.
In order for your system to update the feature you will need to connect to the server to update the license.

The easiest way to do this is the following:

1. Launch SongShow Plus
2. From the main tool bar select Tools > Activation
3. Once the Activation UI connects it will detect the license change and advise you that an updated license is available.
4. From the Activation UI, click Next.
4. After this step completes the license will be up to date. You can close the Activation UI.
5. Close and re-open SongShow Plus - the license should be up to date and Stage Display should work.

Let us know if you still encounter an issue.
