I can't get this function to work. It keeps saying "not responding" and will not allow me to create a package to go. Help??

Tom,
Sorry to hear that you are having a problem.

I took a look at this in both SSP and SSB (not sure which you are doing) and they both packaged as expected so I need more details please...

Are you doing this in SSP or SSB?

Does the PTG open at all?

At what point does it stop responding?

Did you try a simple, one item package to see if it is the content?

Hopefully these will lead you in the right direction.  If not the best thing to do is contact the support team so that can see what is going on.

I am using SSP. The PTG window does open but then almost immediately stops responding. The program I am trying to build is simple. I was able to find it and build it in SSP7 but still no luck with SSP8.

OK Tom,

Sounds like you need to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look at it.

Tom,

How long are you waiting for the PTG application to respond?

How many drive letters do you have on your system?  any external drives?

This might be related....

Please launch the PTG and give it a good 5 min and see what happens...
