Ive purchased and downloaded the niv bible plugin, ran the installer, it says that the niv bible is installed in the tools/utilities/plugins menu, but the niv bible does not show up in the scriptures panel. How do i make it show up?

After the install, you have to run the unlock utility.

where do i find the unlocker.. i install the plugin... and where is the unlocker.. i can unlock ssp itself but is the unlocker specific to the plugin?

Windows' Start menu. In Win7-64

Quik,

When you purchased the new bible, you should have received a new license file for SongShow Plus that includes the unlock for the bible as well.

If you did receive a new license file (should have been sent via email) you just have to copy it to the system and double click to unlock.  If this does not work you will need to contact the support team so they can check your license file.

If you did not get a new license file after the bible purchase, you will need to contact the support team so they can send you your new license file.

Either way, contacting the support team is the easiest way to resolve this.
