If you are upgrading your SongShow Plus 8.3 installation, it is recommended that you first de-activate your SongShow Plus installation. After the Windows 10 upgrade is complete, you can then re-activate your SongShow Plus installation without the need to contact the support team. If you don't de-activate SongShow Plus first, then there is a chance that you'll still need to re-activate your installation after the Windows 10 upgrade is complete, but in this case you will need to contact the support team for assistance. 

To de-activate your SongShow Plus installation, from the SongShow Presenter Window, execute the menu command Tools > Activation.
