Hello recently i UPDATED song show plus from 2008 version to the recent one and it wont let me project it says workstation when i project and the songs are behind it. I need to fix this please help i need answers asap

Did you purchase a license for the new version? If so, did to install it? You can continue to use a
licensed version as long as you want, but a new license is required for a new version.

I'll just add a bit to what Dick mentioned.

When you purchase SSP, you get free upgrades for one year. Beyond that, you need to purchase a subscription in order to stay current. In my opinion, it is wise to stay current. This page has some more info on the various subscription levels, but a call to go-fish might be worthwhile.

Okay so no i didnt purchase a license for the new version. But can I uninstall current and download the version that I had originally and be able to use it?

I'm sure you can, but you may need help from SSP to re-install the license.

Ok thank you I'm getting closer I need to fix by Friday for service. What should I tell the ssp?

You can download your previous version and install it. If you have your previous .lic file you can try that, otherwise contact SSP.
If I were you I would consider updating to the newest version -- it has lots of added features and improvements. Even in our small
church, the cost of keeping up with SSP is a very minor part of the budget and is one of the most important parts of the
worship ministry. Annual silver level SSP costs us less than our annual CCLI fees -- a real bargain!
