I'm having problems starting a Power Point slide show.  It's imported fine, but when I project it, it goes through a double transition process. First a solid blue screen then a black screen then the first slide sometimes flashes then comes on.  Transitions from slide to slide after it going are no problem - just getting them started takes from 5 to 15 seconds (which seems like an eternity when the audience is waiting).  I let SSP control.  I have run these same slide shows on SSP version 5.325 with no problem.  Can anybody help???
