HI folks,

I am trying to print a complete list of our current songs used in our services. I realize that I might have to export to a CSV file and I had done this at some point long ago on v.6 but can't seem to find how to do it in 8.3. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thank you!

Eric

Don't know exactly what you want, but your song database is under the same directory
as images, slide shows, videos, etc. -- on my PCs that is C:\SSPdata, but yours will be
different according to where you directed it when you loaded SSP on. You can search
for "songs" and find that directory. Everything there seems to be ASCII so you can just
copy it to your word processor and then format as desired. These are songs you have added
or edited.

The stock songs on my PC are in
C:\Program Files (x86)\R-Technics\SongShow Pluus 8.3\Bin\Songs.Stock Hymns
These are the songs that come bundled with SSP. You can print the directory using
the MS commands or copy/paste.

Very simple....

Go to the Songs Panel.
Select Search All Song.
Right click anywhere in the song list.
Select > Print Song List.

You can adjust options as desired and print, either to paper or PDF.
If you want to narrow the list you can employ filters and then do the same thing to print the filtered list.

That is simple -- is it documented anywhere? I've looked around
and never came across it. Printing lyrics will also come in handy.
