Version 8.0 > Activating 8.0 after subscription expires

My current subscription to SSP expires at end of month and I have not activated 8.0 on my machine for projection. Can I have 7 & 8 both activated on the same machine for projection if I activate 8.0 on my machine before end of August? My projection team does not plan to renew subscription. If I wait until subscription expires, can I still activate 8.0 on projection machine?

I'm not R-Techinics or GoFishMedia, but here's the way I understand it.
1) Yes, you can have 7 and 8 activated at the same time on the same machine
2) If your current activation subscription, you can install any version of SSP released prior to your subscription expiring, even after the fact.
But, again, I am not an official representative. Just a long time user.
