Is there any way to abtain images for backgrounds from this site or a site similar? i've found some pics @ google that I like but they aren't big enough to project clearly. Is there a site that would have something like i'm looking for?

Churchmedia.net, with a pro membership, is probably your best resource. Freefoto.com is another source, but it is no just church related. imagebank.org.uk is another church related resouce.

StockXchng (sxc.hu) is another free stock photo site, again not Christian related.

I'll add my endorsement to churchmedia.net proMembership. The best $39 you'll ever spend.
