Version 8.0 > Alert about DirectX

After installing the 8.0 Production Build 8/19/2014 I now receive an alert, when first opening SSP, that tells me:
"Unable to use DirectX for Display 1. Reason: Internal error occurred. Song Show Plus can still run, but some features may be unusable without DirectX."
The only thing I see this affecting currently is the song part previews in the Media Control pane.
There have been very few major updates done to this computer recently and the only other thing installed today was a Java update.
Any ideas?

Forgot to mention, I also received this error when updating to the 8/19 version and now have received it again attempting to go back to the 8/13 version:
"Error:
Source file not found.
C:\PROGRA~3\{E9041~1\OFFLINE\355A5000\929CFEDF\RmeDX9.dll.
Verify that the file exists and that you can access it."

Check you anti-virus software to see if there was an inadvertent block or quarantine of a file. Sometimes they will do that without notifying the user.
I would turn off any virus or malware scanners and re-run the 8/19 installation.
If this persists, contact the support team.

Additional clarification on this....
IF that does not work you should completely uninstall SongShow Plus and then install with the latest installer.
It is possible that there was an issue during the installation with extraction of the files.
This will not have any affect on your existing files when you uninstall.

Thanks for the tip George. Disabling my anti-virus during a reinstall fixed it.
