Version 7 > How do I export all my songs?

I'm working with a sister church that is about to purchase SSP. They would like to have the same song database that we've been building up over the last couple years. Is there an easy way to export all of our songs from SSP7 for them to import?
Thanks!

Sure. Use the backup utility. It's somewhere under tools, I think. Sorry I can't be more specific. I don't have SSP in front of me here.
But we've used that method several times very sucessfully.
Others just copy the Songs tree under the SongShow Plus data directory. I find that a good way to move images and video, but I prefer using the backup/restore facility for songs.

Keep in mind that the Backup/Restore utility can fail to run if there are "illegal" special characters in song titles. I have read that you can use a compression utility, or windows folder compression option, to find songs that have one of these "illegal" characters. I myself use the "copy the SSP" directory option. Although, I may take the time to do a backup/restore next time I rebuild the projection PC. That is comping up after the Teen CBS seaon ends in a few weeks. I am afraid I may be copying over some things that are causing SSP to be buggy. The occasional failure of ALT+TAB is really frunstrating me.
