Have purchased Bumpers from Igniter Media, but can't figure our how to use with SongShow in the Announcement Slide Builder. Anyone got a clue?

You'd have to add the bumper video as a background video on a blank slide and have that autoadvance to the bumped announcement on the next slide. I believe they provide a matching background for that. Then bump out on the next slide.
Of course, this won't pass on any sounds.

I have added as a background video.
The predicment is it continually loops and than advances to the next slide in the program.

You'd have to put the bump video in a slide by itself and set the timing for that slide so that the slide show transitions to the next slide as soon as the bump ends.
And then, on the announcement slide itself, set the background to a still that matches the bump.
Then, after the announcement slide, put a blank slide with the outro bump video, again setting the autoadvance to the lenght of the outro.
Just guessing here. I haven't had a chance to play with them.
