I'm using the 2/12/08 Beta edition. Any reason to go to the Jan. edition? Really what I'm asking is, "Is there any difference between the two?"

No difference other than the PDF version of the User Guide has been updated.

I'll have to say that one of the nice things about SSP is how easy it is to update (once you get used to the somewhat unusual setup screens). It's fast, loads only what's needed, and almost foolproof. I usually download to a thumb-drive and use that to update the various computers.
