Version 8.4 > SSP 8.4 with PPT Office 2016

We just loaded SongShowPlus version 8.4.3.20809 and we are running powerpoint office 2016. When we load a pptx into SSP we get a red x next to the pptx and it says "no parts". Any ideas?

Do you have SSP 8.3 on the same system and did it work there?
I suggest contacting the support team so they can take a look.
Typically the red X means one of two things - a supported version of PPT is not installed or the PPT file is not readable.
