I need some help with this one. We have been able to play WMV files with no problem through SSP 5.5. All of a sudden we can't. I get the following error when trying to add the file to the que or to preview through SSP. "Unable to add video to program. Reason: Unable to load Video (Not Accessible). Reason: Unable to create video player. Reason: Invalid Class String." I can still play all of the other supported video file types, just not this one any more. Can any one help out or SSP Tech Support? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you recently upgraded Windows Media Player? That's probably not it. Nevermind.

Reinstalling SSP might be an idea. Somethings broke.

If you have time, I'd call tech support and see what they have to say.

"Invalid Class String" usually means that a resource required by SSP has either been deleted or corrupted.

You should make a note of what you've installed/uninstalled recently and call Tech Support.

Good luck!
